Who is Kyan?

I am 20 and have lived in Cabarita my whole life. Growing up on the Tweed Coast has given me access to a range of quality waves in a variety of wind and swell directions. Some of these can still be uncrowded. I have loved surfing from a young age and still love hunting down good waves with a bunch of mates.

  • Mum and Dad both surfed growing up and every year a group of friends from Dad’s home town would come up to watch the Quiky Pro at Snapper - This is where I caught my first wave.

    In recent years It has been motivating to watch, then be a part of WSL events to my home break.

  • Some special people have helped me improve, add to my love of surfing and fuel my drive to improve.
